Blue Laser 3D Scanner

October 16, 2024

The Revopoint MetroX 3D Laser Scanner is a cutting-edge scanner that combines advanced blue laser and structured light technology to deliver high-precision scans. This 3D scanner features a hybrid scanning system that combines multi-line laser and 62-line full-field blue structured light. This combination allows the scanner to handle complex surfaces and materials with exceptional precision.

The MetroX offers four scanning modes to cater to different needs: 14 Cross-Line Laser Scanning Mode uses seven pairs of crossed blue laser lines to scan glossy and black surfaces, capturing up to 800,000 points per second. Parallel Lines Laser Mode is ideal for capturing fine details, utilizing seven parallel blue laser lines. Full-Field Structured Light Mode utilizes 62 lines of blue structured light to scan large areas with high accuracy. Marker-Based Scanning Mode uses markers for accurate tracking, ensuring precise measurements.

The MetroX is designed to deliver metrology-grade accuracy, making it suitable for applications such as reverse engineering, quality control, and additive manufacturing. The scanner is equipped with an intuitive interface, making it easy to operate and navigate through its features. This ensures a seamless user experience, even for those new to 3D scanning technology.
