Moss Air Purifier

July 1, 2024

The Moss Echo is an innovative device that brings the tranquility of nature indoors by integrating real moss with modern technology. Created by MossLab, this gadget functions as an air purifier, Bluetooth speaker, alarm clock, and interactive display, all while featuring a living moss wall.

The Moss Echo’s moss filter serves as a natural air purifier. The moss’s phyllids, or tiny leaf-like structures, efficiently absorb pollutants and release clean air, enhancing the indoor environment. The device uses proprietary Light Pole technology to boost photosynthesis by 20%, making it effective even in low-light conditions.

The device also features a customizable LED display that can show the time or nature scenes, play nature sounds, or even sync with your music via Bluetooth. The accompanying mobile app allows for control over these features, including setting sleep modes that play soothing sounds and gradually reduce volume to help you fall asleep.

When you mist the moss with the included smart sprayer, the LED display reacts by showing various graphics, effectively bringing the moss to life. This interaction not only makes the process of caring for the moss engaging but also ensures the moss stays healthy and vibrant. The smart sprayer ensures that the moss receives the right amount of moisture, supporting its air-purifying capabilities and longevity.

Designed for ease of use, the Moss Echo requires minimal maintenance. The moss can survive up to six months without water, though it’s recommended to mist it occasionally with the included spray bottle to keep it vibrant. Replacement moss filters are available if needed.
