A device for rental properties that detects unwanted smoke and noise. The WYND Sentry can alert the property owner of cigarette, marijuana, and vape smoke, as well as loud parties. The tamperproof Sentry can distinguish between unwanted recreational smoke and cooking smoke. It monitors the noise level without infringing on a guests privacy. By letting guests know the Sentry is monitoring the property, heavy partiers will avoid booking and other clients can be assured the property is kept smoke free.
