Meticulous produces the same results as a manual lever machine by using a robotic lever with a powerful digital motor and high-precision sensors to automatically create the ideal shot of expresso. Ten digital sensors monitor water temperature, pressure, flow rate, and more, including the weight of the liquid in the cup, with the built-in scale in the drip tray.
