ROS Education Robot

The JetAcker is an entry-level ROS education robot car from Hiwonder that is equipped with Ackermann steering. Ackerman steering is a configuration of the turning mechanism of a vehicle that allows both front wheels to be steered at the best angle to avoid tire sliding. JetAcker runs on NVIDIA Jetson Nano B01, supports ROS, utilizes AI deep learning frameworks, MediaPipe, YOLO training, and 3D machine vision applications.

This four-wheeled education robot comes with an Astro Pro Plus 3D depth camera with 240° pan-tilt, 7-inch LCD touchscreen, LiDAR, pendulum suspension, 2D mapping navigation, TEB path planning, and dynamic obstacle avoidance.

Control the JetAcker through the WonderAi app (compatible with iOS and Android system) and the Robot Operating System (ROS). The JetAcker also has a far-field microphone array for voice command capability.
