This stylish smart ring monitors four stages of your sleep, exercise and recovery to help you fine tune your rest and routines for maximum results. The Ring One can track calories, Vo2, steps, heart rate, and blood pressure and send you a nudge when it senses something is not right. The Ring One is equipped with optical PPG sensors (heart rate monitoring), temperature sensor, 6-axis accelerometer, gyroscope, finger detection sensor, and a NFC antenna for payments and wireless charging. It gets up to seven days of battery life on one charge, which is an important feature for smart rings.
