Social Entrepreneurship and the Future of Food
September 27, 2017
Pascal Finette, VP Startup Solutions, Entrepreneurship Chair of Singularity University, interviews Mark Brand.
Mark Brand is a social entrepreneur. His driving purpose is to do well by doing good. Save On Meats, Brand’s Vancouver butcher shop and diner, is one example of this core philosophy in action. Customers can pick up plastic tokens at Save On and hand them out to anyone on the streets they think needs one—each token is good for a sandwich. Nearly 100,000 tokens have been redeemed to date.
Mark's type of thinking and action can help make a better future for all.
