Mini GaN Charger

December 5, 2023

A GaN charger is a type of charger that uses gallium nitride (GaN) semiconductors in its power conversion process. GaN is a wide-bandgap semiconductor that is more efficient and can handle higher voltages than silicon, the material typically used in chargers. This allows GaN chargers to be smaller, lighter, and more powerful than silicon chargers. GaN chargers are also more efficient than silicon chargers, meaning they waste less energy.

The INVZI GaNHub is a small (smaller than an AirPod case) and portable GaN charger with 45W maximum power. Use it to fast charge Samsung, iPhone 15, MacBook Pro and iPad Pro. Dual USB-C ports provide simultaneous charging for two devices while the Intelligent Power Distribution auto-adjusts to meet each device's power needs.
